The Rising Need for Adaptability
The desired skillsets for employees has changed dramatically in the past decade.
Organisations are now needing a workforce that is:
-
Adaptable
-
Creative and imaginative
-
Emotionally intelligent
-
Collaborative and curious

Harvard Business Review tells us that your "Adaptability Quotient" or "AQ" is the number one competitive advantage in business right now.
Play fundamentally develops these skills more than any other pedagogy.
Being a play-driven business means thinking differently, challenging the status quo and ditching the boring-safe-middle.
