Where science and play collide

We've teamed up with the legends
at Future Crunch to bring you
the Adaptability Experience
The desired skillsets for employees has changed dramatically in the past decade because of tech disruption.

Organisations are now needing a workforce that is:
-
Adaptable
-
Creative and imaginative
-
Emotionally intelligent
-
Collaborative and curious

Play fundamentally develops these skills more than any other pedagogy and literally changes our brains, so we can be more adaptable humans. Harvard Business Review is calling your “Adaptability Quotient or AQ” the number one competitive advantage in business, but we believe adaptability is just play in a fancy suit.

Dara Simkin
Culture Hero
Hi, I'm Dara. I'm an expert facilitator, learning designer and Australia's leading play at work specialist.
I've worked with world-renowned play researcher Dr Stuart Brown and Silicon Valley's IDEO Play Lab. I'm certified in the Danish learning methodology, KAOSPILOT, known for its innovative and dynamic approach to education and training. I landed in Australia from the US in 2009 after winning a video competition that had me travelling around Tasmania in a campervan for 6 weeks -- and I never went home. I believes that play has the power to transform the way we live, work and lead.

Mages Ruiz Diaz
Acts of Imagination

Hi, I'm Mages. 15 + years of experience in film, major events, media, advertising and branding, here in Australia and overseas, have taught me "a thing or two" when it comes to orchestrating extraordinary moments for audiences to truly engage, feel, and transform -- and so Acts of Imagination was born.
I've travelled the world creating narratives that sit at the intersection of commerce, aesthetics, and creativity. And I've done it for brands like: Google, Ford, Swinburne, Cadbury, Mondelez, Marriot, TEDxMelbourne, Campari, Visit Victoria, and Financial Counselling Australia.
